They need to bring back her spider form defense bonuses, so she can actually be able to play ranged mage or close range fighter depending on the situation. Right now she only switches to animal form to either escape or to execute enemies.
You know who else does exactly that? 
. Except at the moment Nid can do everything better.
Nida is not a stunbot/ if they lower Elise's mana costs, she could be played as a laner.
No she couldn't, she has almost no damage early - her Q is absolutely atrocious now. There is no reason to play her anymore, not one.
They need to buff 
's early game for precisely those type of champions that don't stack ap.
If lichbane had: if Equation #1's dmg is greater than equation #2's output than equation #1 is used.
Equation #1:
How about (50+ 5 per lvl)*160% similar to iceborn gauntlet/triforce. But differs in that it would do magic damage of course.
Equation #2:
... deals 75% base AD (+ 50% AP) bonus magic damage.
The item could also spellvamp off a portion of its spellblade that equal equation one. spellvamp has 50% reduced effectiveness.
I don't think Lich Bane would help her... she needs flat out buffs - items alone won't make her Q damage double (or triple - seriously, it's that bad right now). Well they will... you know what I mean.
SHE NEEDS DAMAGE BUFFS. BADLY.
