The damage, the ult... where's the 'counterplay' here? The term that Riot loves so much, but applies only to specific champs. Let's talk about Vi's weaknesses:

a) if she uses her Q badly, she dies. Maybe.

Let's talk about her strengths:

b) high damage even if she builds full tank c) unavoidable ultimate that GUARANTEES she gets to her target d) q + flash ultimate ganks are the dumbest thing in the game

Really I have no idea how this champ exists in the game currently. If there was some way to stop her ult from hitting the carry on your team, it'd be fine, but there's not. It's a GUARANTEED gap closer + CC PLUS auto damage all in one ability. This is just mindblowingly stupid.

Her ult damage is currently being nerfed on the PBE at lower levels. It won't be quite as oppressive during early ganks, but it's still very powerful.

First of all if your an apc get a zhoyna's it wrecks her ult in teamfights. For your carry he should never be in range of the the ult, if vi uses Q flash then ult to get to your adc she should be peeled by your team (it is a team game after all...). Also if she does Q, flash, ult your team should be able to kill her because her team isn't really going to be able to follow vi that much distance that easily or fast.

Edit: forgot get a banshee veil on your carry will also stop her ult
