Fiora is SOOOOOO broken. I mean like release Vayne levels of broken.

The damage is out of control. If you're a carry you've got about 0.5 of a second to react, and your reaction better be to flash or you die instantly. I have never seen anything like it. Actually it's like playing against a fed rengar, except Fiora doesn't even have to be fed to do this. You can be equal items with her as an ad carry and there's absolutely nothing you can do if she gets on top of you. Even if you arcane shift or rocket jump away, she'll be back on top of you soon enough.

There's a reason she has become a priority pick in LCK and China's LCS.

Her kit is in a good place, but her numbers are definitely severely overtuned.

Eh.. I'm not so sure. Not the best Fiora I'll say, but I think she's in the same boat as Riven . Lots of damage but lots of complications and can be countered. Her skill cap is very high too but that's just me.

You have to watch out for the weak points she sets out on you, her Riposte, and her ult. CC if you can and position properly. That should allow you to upkeep your prowess and still be able to trade or farm somewhat.

Though judging from your perspective it seems she's not your lane opponent as you would be the ADC correct? If she is then I'm a bit confused.

They need to nerf her Q's cooldown and the cooldown refund on it.

Simple as that.
