So sick of this games toxicity

Simple premise: I pick sion, get counetrpicked by gangplank, so i let my team know, while still in champion selection, i am goign to need help, and they say fine.

5 minutes later i have GP chasing me under my tower, tanking hits and gutting me in 2 Q's, i cant tanks his barrles becusae someone thought it was a good idea to give him high damage that ignore armour, ive got nothign but armour and HP items, and im 1/3.

So what does my team do whiel im shoved back to my tower, unable to CS AT THE TOWER becuase of barrels and his Q procing his grasp of the undying (by the way, thats bullshit, why does his Q proc that, at full value?)? Well jungler gets toxic, accusing myself and the ADC of being jsut bad, shitty, feedering, etc. And wont gank, even when hes 3 feet form me, GP is at 5% hp, and i cant turn and fight becuas eim oom and have no damage, he wont help me.

Our support harrasses the ADC in the same way, leaving her ot die from full HP, being toxic, going into /all chat and asking for reports 10 minutes into the game instead of actualyl trying to help.

Eventually thigns get so bad im 40 cs behind, and 2 levels down, and despite the ADC being the ONLY person trying to help i know its a lsot casue, im already so far behind that even 300 armour with 4k hp wont save me form anything.

The point is, why did i get punished? Why am -I- the victim in the game, the one being punished? Why are plaeyrs allowd to be complete and utter jackasses? I got counetr picked, i made ti clear i needed help, YOU AGREED, then didnt help and blamed the entire gaem on me, even when you yourself died 9 times (i died 10 btw).

So, yeah. Why is this community this toxic? why doesnt rito DO soemthing? why not impliment a system in game by which if certain words are used in game (suck, noob, literally any curse or swear, feed, feeding, feeders, etc, etc, etc) words that actually hurt players feeligns and cause them to play badly, tick off and issues IN GAME warnings, and if you continue to use them you get auto muted? How hard woudl that be?
