Teemo Buff
Add a tiny minuscule "flash" to his E move speed buff when activated. Like maybe 1/4 the distance of flash, just a tiny something to dodge skillshots and make his kit more reactive defensively.

TeemoJenkins1 votesWhat separates the good Teemo's from the great is knowing when to high tail it... if you gave it a higher component you eliminate the counter play to Teemo which is to jump on his face... feel like this would make him too strong.
Malhammers1 votesHow about readjusting his kit to make him fit a role and not be a troll pick. He has a decent lane presence in top lane but is utterly useless after that. The only reason he's somewhat effective now is to shut down Garen in lane, but most bruisers scale naturally so even if they go 1/4/0 in lane and lose CS battle they will still beat you late game.
Idk I just feel like Teemo is a really bad pick in most situations.
