Since kassadin is an "anti Mage" Can we give him back his magic resist per level please?

I'd use this argument instead: "Since Kassadin is Melee, can he have MR per level?"

It's kind of annoying looking at melee champions and seeing 90% of them with scaling MR per level gains, where there's always someone like Galio that doesn't have it for whatever reason. After over 2 years of that pattern persisting at least Galio has MR per level gains now, but if Kassadin's resilience against magic damage is an issue - I'd much rather Riot just nerffed his shield health or passive magic-damage reduction instead. It's really irritating looking through a champions kit and finding out one of their "abilities" is 100% useless and does absolutely nothing because there base stats were taxed for having it.

Only if he loses his flat % Magic damage reduction from his passive. Otherwise, no.
