His E basically ticks faster now as before if you dashed you only get damaged once as it other mines didn't check until a longer period of time. so if you dash over them now or even walk with high movement speed it won't make a difference.
but interesting to see such a small buff got his winrate to skyrocket as he was meh before
Sire Hippington2 votesAt the same time, the small change to Cho's W where he no longer hits people if they move out of the hitbox duering the cast time hurt him despite getting rather big compensation buffs to CD and range. The lost reliabillity vs mobile opponents caused him to loose ~2% winrate from that despite getting the cd reduced by ~30% and the range by 11%. Reliabillity vs mobillity is a huge factor in league.

's mines use to have of 0.25 seconds. Especially since most assassins can cast all their abilities and then use a get out ability in under 0.5 if they are lucky enough to get in right after it has done a check.
