I've read a lot of complaints about her rework, her management by rioters and stuff, but haven't actually read any in-game report (apart from a video of a Cassio winning an early trade with a handless Ziggs). So... what can you tell us? u_u

All I said was it feels slightly less shitty. I'm not going to specify on those things because I don't play mid laners.
Audiomancy3 votesStill incredibly E-centric, early game is still a joke, passive is almost impossible to stack quickly if you're behind since you can't farm it via minions.
Darth Valer2 votesThe developer said the passive breaking points would be hit sooner, but I find it difficult unless you spam your poisons on the enemy all day long (with your shitty mana sustain). I'm eager to try her, anyway. I'm looking forward to the 4.21 patch release.

I dunno. I think it's going to come down to whether or not I can lane reliably against equal skilled opponents so I'm just going to wait until she goes live and try her in my normal MMR.

You're right xD I'm so nerdishly committed to the fate of this champion that I'd nonchalantly lose hours in testing to report any feedback able to make her better. But I'm Gold V, so I don't know to which extent my comprehension of the game can interpret this gal. Plus, I've read the 4.21 patch should come around the 9th of December, so we can try these changes pretty soon. I'm quite successful with this champ in its current state (and at my elo) and I'd love if she got even better u.u
Fluppets2 votesSeriously, I love that I love Cassiopeia because her playerbase is awesome (which makes me awesome? :p) There is heavy commitment for Cassiopeia at all levels of play and always good, well-written discussion. I hate to generalise, but you can feel the change in tone when you enter a discussion about Lee Sin or Darius.
I dont necessarily think you need to be high-level to get into PBE; you need to test how things would play out at lower elo too, right?
As to her current state, im afraid they are going to buff her instead of changing her passive, making her into an unfun, but very strong champion.
