Ekko Changes couldn't be better :D

I actually thought that the nerfs to the base damage of Ekko would be hard to adjust to and would weaken his early game but I was surely wrong and for that Rito I commend You, there are still people defiling Ekko with tank builds and it still does faily well but I guess they haven't got the memo. Just gotta fix tank fizz now.... Get to it (I literally got one shot by a fizz with 0 Ap [I checked dw] and 0 kills). [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
