If a champion's base kit is so strong in pro play that literally no amount of nerfs can solve them, like Galio or Tahm, have you thought about just not allowing them in pro play? That way they won't be completely ruined amongst the majority of people who play the game.
Because if they're an issue in pro they're generally also an issue in masters+
Tahm was just as bad if not worse in solo queue. Same could apply to 80-90% of the pro play champions that got nerfed.
First, there is nothing called pro play, second. Galio is strong, i tried him in low elo too, he is so strong, like i literally destroy my laner, but i lose as i lose with all champions, because my team is always, not capable enough to call them humans, but it doesnt matter here, the point is. That the champion is broken. But i don't see it broken enough to be nerfed, as long as Vayne, Cait, Syndra, Teemo, Jax, Yi, Yasuo, Irelia, Akali etc.. Exist in this game.
