You mean champions who have no consistent sustain or resistances built into their kit, and as a result have higher base damage statistics, are able to purchase purely sustain and resistances from items and get insanely difficult to deal with??

Rylai's is pretty common on anything who scales on AP

and anyone who uses health .. so anyone who isn't already dead.

I would probably go for something more like.

item 3102 item 3151 item 3152 item 3157 item 3001 and either item 3047 item 3111 item 3009 or item 3158 depending on your situation.

And not necessarily in that order.

I'd give props to anyone that could actually make Tank Kat work. She has no hard cc or ANY cc built into her kit, she has to throw daggers and time their CDs to keep teleporting. A build like that wouldn't even start to make a difference till mid/late game. If people are getting beat by Tank Kat then i'm sorry to say that you're simply being outplayed.

I would imagine that it would really just be more of an issue with her being difficult to put down.

She would really just become a harass bot.

Dive > Tickle > Disengage > Repeat

She sorta becomes a melee poke champ.

I get you. I couldn't imagine this strategy working outside of laning vs. another melee. Any half decent Syndra, Malz, or even Fizz can just dominate her in the lane phase. Someone ranged or with more manageable cooldowns who is decent on their champ won't even allow a Tank Kat to get rolling.

Agreed, I personally wouldn't try and make this a common thing, but I could see it being fun.

However, there are many MANY champions who would do a better job.
