played on howling abyss and everyone has 1 hp, 1 mana, 0 mana regen, and has the following spells:

flash (costs no mana with a reduced cooldown) lee's Q (costs no mana) janna's E (costs no mana) an ultimate that resets cd but costs 1 mana

first going to X kills wins the game

It does sound cool, I'd vote for it. Too bad Riot ain't very creative with game modes and I doubt something like that will ever be added.
