Boring adc need rework?

I'm still pretty new to LoL so I would be glad to hear from more experienced players.

I would love to see some rework done to some champions and please don't tell me they had one in the Marksman rework, they were barely touched if not nerfed.

-Q - this one is nice, but needs 4 stacks (glad they changed it form 5) to be used and if you are late to activete it you are doomed because you need to start stacking form beggining -W- I would call it a "meh", nothing special -E- yeah it's global, but why should I upgrade it? It used to provide gold, it was nice but nothing special, now it is just terrible -R- the only good skill this champ have, but it's ulti it has to be good

meh attack speed and scaling bad range terrible passive. Honestly if someone would ask me what Sivir's passive is I wouldn't know -R- one of the worst ulti in the game?

His passive deals almost no dmg, it's mostly cancelled by health regen, espectially now when everyone can heal from items and masteries. "I have 5 stacks on myself? Doesn't matter, I will kill this one minion and heal". -Q- nice but doesn't it take too long? I know he's marksman so he can't go invisible like , or , but redusing time under taking dmg would be nice -W- pretty bad considering it only slows because passive is useless -E- this one is ok I think? -R- used to be good, lasted 7sek, but was nerfed to 5...

I could talk how most popular ADCs have muliti-use abilites, deals massive dmg etc. but I think everyone knows that already. If not look at , , , ,
