Let's talk about Crit chance and Crit items
My thoughts on this is to reduce the crit chance from 100% to 50% cap. Why? It is so that the adc or crit melee champion has to play safer and it takes them longer to deal damage, it is more rng based, it requires skill and positioning rather than mindlessly right clicking to win. Currently champions that stack crit outshine over champions with lethality. Hell, even crit champions can take out tanks in 3 seconds on their own because crit is basically double damage on their auto attacks plus extra. Tanks should not be dying in 3 seconds to crit champions and squishy champions should not get 2 shot by crits, they should have at least an opportunity to fight back.
Crit items and the crit chance they give obviously needs to be reduced if the crit chance cap is reduced to 50%. All the items that give crit needs their crit chance reduced by 90%. Statikk Shiv - 30% -> 3% Runnan's Hurricane - 30% -> 3% Zeal - 20% -> 2% IE - 20% -> 2% and so on...
The champions with built in crit like Fiora, Jhin, Pantheon and so on... will have 100% crit chance for their ability.
Obviously Yasuo will still get double crit chance from items, but his crit cap will be 50% like everybody else.
