LeBlanc useless nowadays?

She literally cannot lane against any mid laner nowadays. Ryze, Malz, Azir and Zoe all wreck her face in and they scale to late game whereas a LeBlanc is an early game that needs kills to snowball and she can't get kills against them champions I listed. She can't take down tanks, her entire combo on a squishy probably takes them down to 40% HP maximum, she isn't tanky so her combo with W + Q after passive procced is literally impossible nowadays. Even with a Gunblade, she does barely any damage.

UOL vs GIA right now, Exileh is playing LeBlanc and I am seeing this champion fail. No wonder why she is gone from the meta, literally useless compared to them champions listed above.

Her rework was a total failure,

How I see the rework is delay burst but make it SOO ez to hit everything (buff hitbox) + that insane chain range they gave her L. no wonder she insta became broken. then they nerfed her to trash tier after that XD

The thing that pushed leblancs rework is Faker and pro play, at one point they where perma banning leblanc against faker. in solo q she had a 46.7% win-rate just before the rework and no one on the boards were crying about her.

You're supposed to play safe early with her, take TP/corrupting pot then split push once bot tower falls and bot roams mid.

LB shouldn't be viable in her current design. Literally untouchable during all parts of the game. Can't have damage with that kind of mobility and cloning.
