there is zero counterplay.
And has to stand still to do that putting herself in danger. I find myself never using her ult a lot of the time because enemies are always chasing.

He had 180 AP +100 AP + 30 AP + 30 AP = 340 AP. His ult dealt (350 (+340 AP * 60%)) * 3 = 1,662 magic damage.
MF had 1,866 HP base, plus 300 HP from Liandry's, plus base magic resist to reduce the damage even more.
You're being very generous with your 2k estimation of damage done. After factoring in your MR, it was closer to 1,278 damage. You still had about half your life left.

megajip1 votesYou should be far away from him if the game reached the point where Viktor can 100-0 you with only his storm. Like everyone else is saying, his ult doesn't slow you, and it moves slower the farther it gets away from him. You should have Flashed away if you were being targeted.

They cry so much about "uninteractive lanes," like malzahar and still let this dude have a long range, spammable, instant wave clearing spell. And say "but he's low mobility, so it's k"......... like he doesn't have to have mobility if he never has to get in range of anything because of how stupidly uninteractive he is. And when he finally does decide to do something, he has burst up the wazoo, with cc, all in an aoe. Just a bad champion design, and extremely frustrating to face.
