Aeolian Melodies1 votesJanna's Q/R have long CD for the most part of the game, try using multiple gap closers (like Akali). Her Q also does nothing against blinks.
If you're an immobile melee, Janna is not your only problem sadly.

Aka she maxes it last, so for the most part of the game it's on a 14 seconds CD - whatever her CDR is atm but believe it or not she does not start the game at 40%.
