Riot develops a meeting ground for 5v5 ranked teams for us.
This is a concept that really baffles me.
It seems to me the only way to find a ranked team is to come to the forums and look around and try to find some people, its quite difficult to do.
what i was thinking is that riot could make a specific area for people who are looking for a ranked team, whether it be in game or here online.
you start by filling out a survey with questions like.
"whats your preferred role" "what would you like to do for the team" "can you communicate with OoGC such a ventrillo or curse chat" "when would you be able to sign on and play with your team mates" things of this nature

riot takes into consideration your MMR, play style, and preferred role/roles. (presto magic, vroom vroom machine noises, dark voodoo)

after this you are shown other existing teams or available players to make a team with. all of which would meet your own questions, im a mid laner seeking adc sup jung and top laners, for my group that will meet twice a week on thursday nights and sunday afternoons. (just an example)

Riot offers a way to get in touch with these people talk to them and find out if they would be right for your team.
TL;DR this wouldn't be a one time random team builder, this would be finding people for a ranked team who you would want to play with and would probably get along with.
