@Riot Can we get a new option to Enable? "Mute All"

I love this game! Not so much the people and they can tilt me after a long day of work. Luckily I discovered /mute all allows me to keep my cool and play the game without the distraction of friendly/enemies flame or taunting.

Is there anyway we can get a Option Box mute all, so I don't have to start every game with this command? Or muted everyone except friends? Just like certain people don't want to curse words, I don't want to see any words is that so much to ask?
