Kayn needs to be buffed if he's ever going to be viable in most situations

As of right now, it is WAY too difficult to get to one of Kayn's forms early in the game. He needs to be buffed so that his passive stacks quicker, allowing him to actually play the game properly. Unless lane's are recklessly shoving in, Kayn doesn't have the early game tools to have any decent ganks. All he has is a slow from his W and his R sticking to them, which is irrelevant if they flash to their tower. He should be able to get his forms earlier in the game, but they should be toned down so Shadow Assassin can't one shot the back line with a Q and Rhaast can't 1v5 with his 39% ability heal.
