@Riot Luden's Echo tooltip need more clarity

Hi

With the new item (who brought much build path for a lot of champ) something isn't very clear in the tooltip

For now it says

Gains charges upon moving or casting. At 100 charges, the next spell hit expends all charges to deal 100 (+0.15 ability power) bonus magic damage to up to 4 targets on hit. Applies spell Effects (e.g., Spell Vamp, Rylai's, etc).

The thing is, it's not all spell hit, only offensive spell hit (just try it on nami and it doesn't proc on the heal part of W) the confuse part is in the meaning of "hit", it seems to be hit in the direction of "landing damage" but some poeple could understand it like "just succes at landing the spell, being a damage or utility one" (just now, I wonder how it work on zilean E ^^)

In some other language (french for exemple) it's even worst, only saying "next spell" (so a spell in the void should proc the item with this kind of sentence^^)

Is it intended or just some kind of bug/wrong phrasing?
