Why is morg allowed to have 50 year long CC?

Morgana is on Riots future rework list. Riot knows that a lot of Morgan's power is centered around her Q and they dont like how her main power comes from a hard cc ability. Same thing with Malphite basically, people dont pick Malphite because his Q W or E ability, people pick Malphite because his ult, which is why Malphite is also on riots future rework list. Sadly both Malphite and Morgana probably wont get any major changes till next year
