@CertainlyT: I'm sorry.
I'm sorry for what's happened to Zed. He was released as one of the most balanced champions ever made, and slowly over time through many different changes he has had his skill cap reduced again and again, and has had his choice and his decision making become more and more binary.
You're my favorite designer not because of my own choice...but because all of your champions chose me. I love Darius. I love Yasuo. I love Zed. I love Thresh. Not because of you, but because of how well you made these characters. Your only failure was Kalista, and even then you still knew what you were doing and what would counter her (attack speed reduction.)
I just want to say that I'm sorry for what's happened to Zed. He deserved little of what has been dealt to him, and now the final nail in the coffin for my main for the past three years has been set. I already have to wade through time after time of getting killed in an unfun manner with this champion ever since they reduced the shadow speed. Dying to skillshots I would have been able to dodge. Dying to melee autoattacks after I dash away. Dying to ranged attacks while I'm untargetable. And now, if I continue playing my main for the past 3 years, I'm going to die immediately after I ult to spells and abilities that I should be able to dodge if I am smart enough to predict them and skillful enough to react. But no more. No more. Because skill is bad.
I'm not responsible for any of it. But I'm sorry.
Bradford Wenban, thank you for creating my favorite character.
