Is it just me or is Tristana REALLY strong right now?

Shes safer than Caitlyn, as her range eventually is greater and her Rocket Jump dashes her super far away. But yet at the same time it seems, she can completely destroy everyone.

Caitlyn has a better laning and better zoning with traps.

She takes too long to get going since she scales with items and levels more than most adcs. She's not that good right now.

It seems Trist has been relegated to being a long ranged slow dispenser in pro play right now. They get Frozen mallet and then just make picks with the slows on her autos. She basically becomes ashe with a huge jump

She has weaker early game but has always been stronger late game.
