No but seriously I remember when the first keystones came out and I saw my midlaner get 1shot by a behind annie and said "Thunderlords annie is kind of rediculous"

see back then most people couldn't 1shot you, At least it wasn't garunteed when you're not ahead... it was basically only midlaners who could do that, just assassins and mages., after they snowballed, and they could be counter built. Top lane was... neater. Tanks and juggernauts were able to coexist because there wasn't the cycle of which mastery oversynergizes with which class of champion to the point of pure domination.Light fighters like Riven or Ireilia served a purpose too, and were strong tiered.

but then thunderlords, fervor, or infinite yasuo (which is now fleet footwork) came out along with many others. If we got fervor of battle right now people would scoff at how shitty it is comparatively to conq or PTA

see they added thunderlords

And they just kept adding more

and we were all like stahhhp

multiple years ago

and they kept going

we had a few tank metas because they overbuffed tanks to compensate a few times

but they still kept increasing damage

Mobility has been buffed so much that now it feels like lane phase is just a short time tax to get us to mid game

late game is gone

Remember when 1v1's weren't just two people fishing for the 1shot?

Like if combat is so short why are death timers so long?

Seriously though just remove the keystones and buff/nerf champions individually.

Is riot games in league with the burning legion? are they extracting fel by making us feel misery to feed their growth in power?

People didn't say it was a problem because damage creep but rather because it allowed effectively free damage up to some values of over 300 at level 18.

It's basically an ignite ability on a lower cooldown and didn't take up a SS slot.
