I have not seen a Sona support not feed on my team.
Yet when she is on the enemy team she is an unkillable god of AOE stun, poke and late game burst.

BluePolarizer1 voteson the enemy team, the Sona will always use E at the right moment to avoid ganks and W to shield at clutch times.
on my team, Sona wastes E getting back to lane exclusively, does not avoid ganks and feeds.
