AP itemization get reworked, it lacks something

honestly. AP items lack balance and diverse build paths compared to its AD items.

all the time it usually compose of item 3135 and item 3089.

Its slowly getting worse as right now you can play mages everywhere with very little punishment.

and doesn't help that MR items are severely weak in its current state while lacking some better offensive options and all it takes is just a void staff to ignore too much Magic resists

We need some nerfs on some items like increasing cost for both item 3135 & item 3152 increase both of their costs up to 300 gold. and give Proto-belt a small buff to compensate the nerf and is still useful to champions that need a gap closer Change item 3157 build path and remove the Cool down reduction while giving it some extra AP for compensation Or just increase its gold cost by 200

I suggest making both Liandry's and Rylai's effects completely into unique effects so that we wont see champions with DOT effects being abused as hard and Solves the Mordekaiser problem if he ever comes back to destroy solo queue again

make new items to help some of the older champions that need some indirect buff and maybe make it more interesting to play as mages.

_Hot take here, Delete Deathcap item 3089 . its becoming a problem as time passes by and it is the main issue of the lack of item diversity for Casters and assassin mages _

Its just some ideas because AP items are just OP.

yeah, see AD players always look at us only building the same few items and jump to "we need to nerf those items!" without realizing we only HAVE like, 6 viable items total.

We build the same things all the time because we arent showered with interesting items like you guys are, and when we get them like DFG or Banner of Command you guys complain and they get removed.

Kind of like youre doing here with Deathcap...

Sure would be nice if we could get some spellvamp back. Or more than 3 items that give pen (and one is boots and the other is not meant to be a pen item), or more interesting active items that arent all hextech items so we cant build them together. Or a number of other things ADs enjoy we dont get because our items are "so overpowered"

You talk about the lack of make itenisation Talking about item 3089 and item 3135 ...

But the same could be said about marksmen and item 3031 item 3046

They have a grand total of 5 crit items to choose from with 2 lifestyle and 2 armour pen.

item 3151 item 3116 item 3027 are getting reworks in the next preseasons. Items will be changed generally.

And what are you saying? AP items are still the most diverse. The only reason you are seeing item 3135 item 3089 is because most mage players prefer to go full raw AP, but the former is only good if the enemy is building magic resist, the latter is only useful if you have good AP ratios or you are Veigar . item 3151 item 3116 were primarily meant for DoT mages, because they can enhance their DMG output. They are also good on champions, who are "spellweavers" a.k.a those who can cast spells in a quick succession, such as Karthus .
