I love how Riot hotfixes a 52.5% Winrate Garen a few days after his Rework
Meanwhile, Irelia didn't get shit for dozens of patches except a tiny damage reduction on her E, which is clearly the reason why you pick Irelia.

Sorry, but Garen wasn't at 52.5%... He's around 54-55% right now, and was 56%+ a single day after the patch. Pre patch he was around 48-49%.
I don't know where you got your numbers, but you should find a new source.
I read somewhere that riot considers anything between 50/53 healthy.
Daily reminder that winrate etc. doesn't mean anything.
