Guy got autofilled to support, refused to play it, trolled game instead

Love this feature! This guy got autofilled to support so he decided to troll instead of asking anyone to swap or anything. He picked TF as support, fed 3 kills in the first 5 minutes (10 kills in 25 minutes) and kept saying we were all going to get banned for saying anything to him, and that he did nothing wrong and that we will get our punishment. He kept saying 'positive' things in chat to avoid the filters.

But that's ok, because he will be free to ruin hundreds more games before maybe getting a 5-game chat restriction which solves literally nothing.

Keep in mind, this is in Diamond. This is what you guys aspire to get to, this incredible ranking. The sad part is that almost nothing is ever done about these players. Just today I got a popup saying someone I reported was punished. Great! Too bad the other couple hundred people that need a punishment didn't get one yet. It's sad how slow the system is, especially at this level of play. There should be a much, much harsher punishment for doing this in Diamond. You should get 20-50 win ranked restrictions for this kind of thing. And if they troll normals then just get rid of them. But they need to be punished for these things a LOT faster than they are. These players ruin literally hundreds of games before getting punished. It's really sad.
