Windspeakers Blessing suggestion

In order to make windspeakers blessing a better fit to all non-healing/non-shielding CC Supports I would suggest to add to the Keystone the following:

"all other buff and debuffs last 5% to 20% longer based on lvl" It would be a reversed tenacity that would add an interesting gameplay mechanic and it would increase the value of tenacity items and masteries.
