OK new Zilean idea

Ok so I have a new idea for Zilean..

Passive: Heightened Learning and Accelerated Internal Clock

Zilean has an xp gain aura that earns half of his current CDR (same as current aura is just that it would be CDR dependent, this helps limit early game benefits while having more impact as the game progresses). The second part of the passive is that Zilean has an accelerated internal clock that grants double his current CDR as bonus to his mana regen (If Zilean had 20% CDR he would provide a 10% xp gain aura for himself and allies and would get for just himself a 40% base mana regen bonus) Max gains would be 20% xp aura gain and 80% mana regen for self at 40% CDR.

Q: Time Bomb

No changes from his current time bomb with one exception. If Zilean lands a double bomb he detonates not just the first bomb but both go off simultaneously (just one explosion with double damage, it would be the same total damage) but that one explosion would have a slightly increased area maybe 1.5 times the regular bomb radius. Same stun times and everything.

I want the double bomb to have a big impact if I manage to land it. I think that with the skill cap raised due to the skill shot nature of the skill this would be more than balanced.

W: Rewind

No changes to his current rewind as it works now but there is one added effect.

Zilean becomes intangible for .7 seconds on activation. This is meant to be a high skill cap skill shot dodge skill. It's like a .7 second Zhoryas but while you are still able to move and cast. He phase shifts slightly as he rewinds his mind. I would argue that with this added effect the mana cost can come up slightly as well as the CD. He is able to target himself though. This also helps balance the Time Bomb benefits. I would also re couple the skill with Chronoshift but at a 3 second gain instead of 10 as before. With the increased CD and mana cost I think it makes sense.

I would say 20/17/14/11/8 and 50 mana cost all lvls

E: Time Warp

Time warp would work the same as it currently works on the target of the skill but that target gets a time warp effect radius the same size as a time bomb around it where if targeting an ally, all allies inside the radius get half the % increase and if targeting an enemy, all enemies inside the radius get slowed by half the target %.

For example, I time warp my ally with the skill at lvl 1. He gets a 40% movement speed boost for 2.5 seconds with a small area of effect around him same radius as a time bomb that provides other ally champs (including zilean) a 20% increase while the ally champion has the effect and he remains inside the radius. At lvl 5 the primary target gets 99% boost/slow and the small radius around it would provide a 50% boost/slow to allies/enemies for 2.5 seconds.

R: Chronoshift

No change from the current skill.

In regards to a visual update, I would like to see Zilean not be with his arm opened all the time.

The clock at his back should be the broken ruins of the Urtistan Clock Tower and they should be floating behind him and they should be slightly bigger, a show of how ancient and powerful he is.

Also Zilean looks small compared to other human characters I think.

So no one has opinions about the idea? I was thinking that the % xp gain since is CDR dependent can potentially be higher cause early game it will be lower unless someone goes full cdr runes and masteries but even then they would be sacrificing damage and sustain so it would balance itself out.

The intangibility moment from rewind would give the window to actually cast the second bomb that in many occasions you get cc'ed to death before casting.

The Time warp AOE if double casted would not stalk with each other. You would just have 2 areas on different targets and therefore more overall people affected but the actual slow doesn't stalk up.

It would be cool to know if the Red's have discussed this before and what came of it.. I do think this add's to the fun of the champion while maintaining the core of who he is and game play style.
