URF Players

The more i play URF this season the more i seem to be running into people that somehow have near a hundred plus levels (since the level system has only been out a maybe a year at most I assume they all have more time then that from before hand), but do not seem to know the first this about their characters or the game in general. Has anyone else experienced this?

EXAMPLES:

  1. Sivir started her W - Ricochet at level 1 then took her E - Spell Shield level 2, not to mention using it before running at the enemy from so far away that she isn't even in range before it wears off then proceeds to feed into them, this happened several times
  2. Shaco that built all AD (IE, Duskblade, Ghostblade, Attack Speed Boots), but would max W - Jack in the Box and only use them, never trying to actually auto attack enemies
  3. Karthus inting down mid-lane (as well as 3 deaths in the first minute and a half during the top lane fight), I assume trying the "Feed to win" strategy, but that requies him get kills, but by 13 minutes he had 15 deaths and 1 kill and was yelling at everyone else for losing the game
  4. Kha'zix that took smite (already pretty dumb in URF) and just jungles the whole game, they were pushing in our inhibitors and nexus and he would just shoot himself back into jungle

...just to name a few... I understand the premise of having fun in URF, that isn't what this was about (although i don't know how any of this that seems to the point of intentional game play sabotage could be fun), but this seems completely different then trying a non-meta build or anything like that.

Kha taking smite in urf can be useful. Taking the ODD jungle camp grants a bit of XP as Kha doesn't really need ignite or anything else. I personally take smite on Kha and start ENEMY red and cheese the laners for a couple of kills, then proceed to lane.
