People who refuse to attack nexus because they are "having fun"...

I'm all for having fun in this game, personally I think if you take it too seriously you will grow to hate a game. But the people that play a game (whether it is a close game or your team is winning 60 vs 10) and then refuse to attack the nexus to finish the game should be banned for such a stupid thing. Everyone know those type of players. the type that because they are fed will intentionally through a game because they want to get more fed and keep "having fun". It's always been a thing, but just recently I have been losing games across all game mode (normals, ranked, aram, and rotational game modes) because someone on our team refused to end the game that was already a stomp or a game that we were about to lose, but got a lucky fight and pushed to win.

This fells almost like unsportsmanlike-like conduct and assisting the enemy team to me, but it does not count as a ban-able offense. Looking at it from both sides, these people ruin games for their team mates, but they also drag out games that people probably didn't want to continue on the other team ( not the mention to games where people on the other team start calling the person on your team who wouldn't end the MVP and commend them for not finishing which seems to prove the point of "assisting the enemy team" even more).

Personally I would just like a report offense for it or for the 2 offenses i mentioned before to include it. What does everyone else think? Am I wrong for thinking this?

The best way i think to remedy this would be to add a more specific report option "Delay of game" and underneath it would say Stat padding. Deliberately not ending the game. Stalling a match without intending to win

Eh it seems a little harsh but I know the feeling. I actually had my worst game ever when we were shitting on a team ez and we got the nexus to 20-40% hp and they wouldn't finish it off. and they came back and won

I think it's disrespectful and I try to end games. I don't want to sit around when I know you can hit it and I'm with a death timer or something. End the game so we can move on.

Also I think it's possible for a comeback if you go too easy, so I try not to. Tortoise and Hare.

This happens all the time. People are more concerned with bragging about how "OP" they are. This is why I have started saying that this community DOESNT want to win, they just fight to be "The most polished turd in the shitbowl" They are all too happy to lose as long as they can say "i got most kills, I cant carry this trash team. Report X for feeding"

Heh I just did that on an aram last night cuz I was playing bard for the first time and didn't want it to end. But we had a huge pack of winions and they were all dead so it ended anyways. Sorry that was so bogus, I should've hit the nexus I guess.

I do that occasionally, but if I do, it is because I am trolling with a 5 man group in normals doing stupid stuff, and none of us really care about winning or losing.

I will admit in other circumstances that isn't cool, especially in ranked.
