to leblanc players,

how do you guys deal with a enemy evelyn? Especially one that keeps camping you?

Pink wards are a good start, ask your team to help with those as well. As well as warding her wraiths and other camps will give you a good idea of her positioning. But as a leblanc player you are fairly safe with your W so just farm safely clear the waves and roam. If you have kill potential in lane don't go aggressive until you see Eve on your map. There really isn't anything else to it. Play safe if you don't know where she is go aggressive when you are able to and roam roam roam.

So is there any time you would attempt kill kill an evelyn? If she is ganking you?

If you are slightly fed or have some items you should be able to burst eve as she is rather squishy. And like i said warding her camps can also be useful as she does get hurt a lot during early clears leaving her vulnerable to catching her in her own jungle.
