Like i really did just forget this rune existed after they killed it with jhin(also not the issue with jhin). For the life of me I can't think of a champ that takes this now. So anyone know of one just thinking about this and wanting to know if anyone else knows of one?
P.S. Personally I think HOB needs reworked in some way to not be also the same thing a lethal tempo. What do you all think?
Mordekaiser, Kled, Shen can work well with it, pretty much anyone who has a three or 4 hit good damage but doesnt build attack speed because they are wanting to spam it. (For example, not Vayne or Gnar due to you want to spam the procs so you build attack speed, so lethal tempo or pta is better).
Diana could use it. I mostly pick it when playing Rek'Sai, it works quite well with her Q.
I have used it on 
top lane.
If you are doing AA Q AA trade, you can get in an extra AA every time, maybe two extra.
This leads to better lane bully, leading to better mid game.
Late game team fight it is not so great, but whatever.
It worked for me a few times.
