Flaming Int'ers is the worst way to deal with them.

I had an Int'er in my games a few days ago. She was playing Miss Fortune ADC with a Thresh Support. She got First blooded at 3 minutes and blamed Thresh for it. She got so pissed off, that she ran down her lane and gave the enemy Jinx 4 kills before the 6 minute mark. Everyone was flaming her, obviously.

Yes, I was mad, but instead of wasting my time typing, I ganked camped her lane and got her 2 kills. I even complimented her MF skills & gave her a simple 'gj' every time she got a kill. This turned the whole game around, and she ended up going 24/12 & we won.

TLDR: I'm not saying Int'ers should be treated with respect, but flaming them probably won't make them stop.
