Quinn and Miss Fortune are really oppressive in lane, their numbers are too high.

Statistics support this, considering how much higher MF's and Quinn's win rates are early game.

I think MF's Q is too easy of a way to deal a lot of damage in lane phase. It hits like a truck and you're probably out of range to retaliate because they bounce it off minions while you cs. This either zones you off the cs, makes you take the damage, or forces you to position awkwardly to try not to get hit while MF positions specifically to hit you with it, and her support can take advantage of your more predictable positioning since you have to stay away from the MF Q. Positioning aside, the bounce range/cone is too big, the damage is too high, very oppressive and annoying to play against. I think the attack speed nerf was really unnecessary and didn't target the real issues with her.

Quinn on the other hand, I think is much closer to balanced. I think her numbers on Q and maybe her passive are just a tad too high, and her play style is really nice. I think her damage output is kind of bad late game though in comparison to most adcs.

I also want to mention Vayne and how overloaded her kit is. Her ult gives stealth, an ad steroid, and a stronger movement speed steroid? You could literally split it up into its 3 parts, change the numbers, add a minigame of some sort and make a champion out of it (AND HIS NAME IS JOHN CENA Twitch). I don't want to turn this thread into a "Nerf Vayne" thread though. There are already so many, and her high pick rate means a lot of people love her (Why wouldn't they? She's overloaded, not banned, and has a lot of out play potential with that overloaded kit. And if you're not that good, so what? She has really high base numbers on every ability and scales very well).
