Why do you need to nerf lissandra W and E for conditional passive :/?

She already has hard time killing champions, I feel that passive will just makes her a stronger support overall than a mid laner or top laner. Please make her laning stronger don't nerf her W and E. She needs any sort of damage possible.

Well either give her damage or more armor/mr

Right now she's neither tank or offensive , or not even near galio

People already thinking to put her support , but that would just reduce her plays cause she has to be close to fight (short ranged spells + long cd) I appreciate the new skin and passivebut dont want to play a crippled champion

Dont forget the fact if she uses her Q to poke she might "steal" some of the ADC farm, you know how possessive they are.

Because lissandra already needs a nerf but pretty much gets a free new passive since her mana costs go down

Another lissandra player crying because nerfs? What about MonkeyKing that got nerfed to the ground and doesn't have a passive?

They are shaping her identity. If you had a strong laner, with a strong scaling, with strong AoE teamfighting, that champion WILL end up being overpowered, due to no weakness. The focus now is laid pretty much on her teamfighting, which is what it always has been, while giving enemies chances to use her weaker lane.

It's true that her passive won't be of much use in a solo lane, but once team fighting rolls out around mid-game it has potential. Since W is usually leveled second, the first 3-4 levels are only losing 10 damage. At around level 10, where Lissandra should have a complete item and has put 3 points into her W, is where it starts to be felt due to losing 30 damage plus 10% scaling. So it's a nerf to her mid-game by lowering damage on her AOE root W in exchange for new AOE(?) damage from her passive.

It looks like a fine change to me, but then again I haven't mained Lissandra mid for over 3 years now so 'tf do I know.

You know how lissandra plays during teamfights, the most suicidal mage in the game. That requires to go in and relies on Zhonya and her ult to save her.

It comes down to how the team comp is built. She certainly IS a mage that wants to get in the thick of it, but if she is the team's engage then I agree the passive likely won't see much use. If there's another form of engage on the team (Nocturne ult, Leona or Rakan, etc) then she doesn't need to be the first in and pop both safety net CDs on herself instantly. With this new passive that wants her to survive and enemies to die, she's better off following up with the rest of her team, which gives her more freedom with her CDs, such as the option to ult an enemy instead of herself.

As she is now, without the new passive and W/R nerfs, she still has the same play style of get in and disrupt. The change just makes it matter more if she dies, so she has to play better.
