Reasons not to play kassadin? When to play him?

I'll be honest. Ive been watching streams everyday and just about every LCS and world games.

Picking a melee champ mid is just not as efficient as a ranged champ.

I promise you even the best zed player will have some trouble getting his job done. Good teams dont just let you assinate their adc.

You just have so much more efficiency when you have a ranged hard hitter. Think of syndra vel koz or orianna. Not only can they actually poke before a fight starts, they are rather way more safer AND bring more utility think orianna ult vel koz knockup or even syndra E.

You pick an assassin when they have someone who NEEDS to die.. High priority targets..

Tl dr assassins (whom are majority melee) just dont bring utility, poke, safety and so on. Which are actually big aspects..

Youll notice when you're a 15-0 kassadin you cant do damage without ever putting yourself in range to die

But if you were a 15-0 vel koz you are generally just spamming your skills off CD and landing one Q will slaughter health and sieging way better, while being safer...

If you're talking in bronze silver gold plat whatever pick him hes actually fine.. But yeah dude goodluck

I disagree, kass mid is actually very strong against yasuo. You max E and you basically get free strong harass on him, otherwise i don't reccomend kass vs ad.
