Number of shots on culling is cut down by HALF at level 1, but then it's total AD instead of bonus AD, so is that a buff or a nerf in rank 1?
I'm assuming it's a equal power balance, but anyone care do the math? [slayer-jinx-catface]
Slight nerf
Rank 6 Lucian ult fires 20 shots. Before, each shot had a damage of 40 + 0.25 bonus AD + 0.1 AP. On PBE, each shot has 20 + 0.2 total AD + 0.1 AP.
Level 6 Lucian will have 67 base AD, plus roughly 50 from runes, masteries and items.
Old: 40 + 12.5 = 52.5 per shot PBE: 20 + 21.4 = 41.4 per shot
Overall, damage went down by 21% on level 6. However, compared to pre 5.22, it is still a buff - back then, he fired only about 14 shots at level 6, meaning the overall damage of the ability was down to 70% of the "old" value above.
