Whats the point of having tank when enemy has a Kog or twich?

are beyond a pain to deal with for tank trying to either protect ADC or CC them they melt down tank so fast that it's even amazing how they get away with it. Even pro plays when you see them use these champion especially kog maw you can see how they melt any tank even in late game which should never happen that fast.

The only way of countering these type of B.S is having on the team to make a movable wall for you but when that's down then GG pray you CC that ADC and make it past all their front line to kill him especially when he has .
