how is a 23% win ratio lucian that averages more deaths than kills as the "ad carry" even in my que with other d1 player and master/challenger smurf?

You will never improve this way. Playing with people who are better and worse than you teach you to adapt and learn based on the situation. If your mid is crap and your top is carrying as a jungler i know to go top and feed the hell out of him. Leave a lost lane alone and go help the cause in another area. As Khazix would say "Consume and Adapt"
