Having 85 AP at level 18 is a bit much don't you think?? Can't they tone it down a bit??? Like, maybe 70 AP or something around that number?

It's literally a tiny bit more damage on your abilities at level 18 for a small edge.

You're also giving up defensive stats in lane in favor of late game, which is neither smart, or efficient.

You're training an item's worth of AP for essential early defensive stats. You are not going to hit level 18 if the enemy takes advantage of that.

Anyone crazy enough to use a FULL page of SCALING AP is either stupid or is REALLY banking on making it to 18 to reep the benefits, which i doubt will happen and still be effective.

I use a full page of scaling AP on Annie a lot... Like, all you gotta do is dodge the stuff until you hit 6 and then do the thing where you summon the bear and kill the guys and then just snowball all the way up to level 18 before 30 minutes into the game.

Annie is such a dumb easy champ.

that is stupid, you would have no mr, or mana, if you need it. I take scaleing ap glyphs and quints, and mana seals and magic pen marks, it isn't smart to build all of one thing.

You would give up a considerable about of protection for it so it better be damn good boost in AP.
