Riot, please keep the buff to fizz q.

Next patch, they are buffing fizz. His w buff will help but it won't be enough. A lot of people fail to realize that fizz has only 2 sources of reliable damage. His q and his w, his e is impossible to hit unless it is combo with his ult. The massive nerf to fizz's q in patch 5.2 gutted him. He will still be useless when built ap unless you change the ratio on his q.
