Can you rework Ryze already?

Its seriously time for you to actually rework Ryze. In a solo queue set-up he is impossible to coordinate with your team. His strength is in the ability to communicate with the team. But in this type of solo queue type of game, you can't make use of his functions 100%. His ulti is literally a team based ulti. But unlike majority of other team based skills. [Excluding Kindred and Taric] Its near impossible to coordinate what needs to happen. With Kindred it is instant and can't be cancelled. With Taric getting CC'd does not disable the activation. His two second snare is 100% more effective when others know that you are going to snare someone. But when everyone has to react to you snaring someone it makes it slightly harder. Most other CC's are broadcasted for everyone to see. Which allows people to plan accordingly. But Ryze's which is one of the factors that make him broken is not telegraphed.

Both his Snare and Ulti make him a broken champion in competitive because of communication. Yes I get it most champions become better in comms. But Ryze jumps stupidly in playability due to voice. Solo Queue is cancer for me. But if I play with a jungler and say hey if you show up when he is here. I can E W and we can kill him easy.

And now Ryze is such a joke that people don't even want to gank for him. Leaving Ryze players to have to deal with winning trades super hard only for jungle to come mid 3 times in a row, and guess what with no dashes. Ryze is a sitting duck.

So please for the love of god rework this thing so that if I like it, I can continue and if I don't I can move over to the next thing you make OP.

P.S. Tired of you guys deciding that you want X to be OP over Y. Can we get a season where everything is balanced? None of this Tank Meta, Jungle Meta, Assassin Meta, Mage Meta, etc, etc, etc.
