Im surprised that frozen heart hasn't been changed

pretty much every other tank item has been changed besides this one i never see people build it any buffs/changes for this coming?

They could make changes, but i think the main focus was the tank items that give both res/hp because they wanted to make them more fitting for tanks rather than any1 who builds them.

But yeah Frozen Heart could see changes given the changes to Thornmail.. just less likely.

All I know is most people buy the thing for the CDR, and it's passive apparently falls off late game

They have to take the prerequisite amount of time to figure out how to completely destroy this item without making it look like thats what they intended.

Also, thornmail and sunfire were a damage source for tanks and thats why they got hit so hard (despite the fact that tanks actually need that damage early to survive lane). This came as a direct result of ADCs bitching that tanks are killing them. What the rito balance team is missing as what most ADCs classify as a "tank." And that is anyone who builds mostly tanky items. According to most ADCs, when they die to a ww who has a titanic, deadmans, and bloodrazor, they've been killed by a tank. When they die to a hecarim who has only built his triforce so far, they've died to a tank. When a nasus TPs from top lane with 250 stacks, a sheen and merc treads and kills them, they've died to a tank.
