Essense Reaver is losing its health sustain?
I'm a little disappointed that ER is losing health sustain. I'm surprised it's not 3% of your health and mana pool every time you crit.

Earl Eulrich2 voteswhat really dissappoints me is that they take "the" AD-Caster Item and revamp it into "let´s just get Marksmen CDR-capped - because why not". So we still have no proper AD-Caster-Itemization, but a stupid combination of Crit and CDR.

That Jinx will still use better than Ezreal because it's her kit what needs to be gutted.
