There's just some champs that people don't want to deal with at all.

I'm sure I missed some, so it's not like it would be the same 10 every game.
I realize it would require systematic changes to the champ select and I'm not sure of the specifics of cost vs. payoff in player satisfaction but I'm posting this to ask about it regardless.
I'd also appreciate feedback from all you ARAM players out there (both serious and casual players) <3
Edit: Free rotation champs would not be baneable, to make sure that new players could still play ARAM.
