Because it's infuriating beyond belief.
Bit my tongue during the whole game, then went to write the report out, finished the first line of the explanation and pressed "enter" to get to the next line and it auto-sent the report.[zombie-brand-mindblown] Please change it back to how it used to be. It's important.

I've run into this issue as well. Was pressing enter to copy and paste the quote where one player told the other to soak themselves in gasoline and light themselves on fire and the report was sent without the quote. Sad day :(
Heyyyy!!!!! You got Riot Tantram to fix it nice! I've made this post about 3 times and filled out like 10 bug reports from the client with no response. Holy CRAP that was incredibly irritating, and frustrating to have my reports sent... and then to not see anything responding to it. Thanks so much! So many half filled out Report Cards because of this key binding sending the report premature!
