Are ADCs too snowbally?

From what I have seen, whenever a team has a 1 kill ADC, like 1/5/2 or some shit vs an enemy ADC that is 4/1/1 or 3/0/2, the game is over. It feels incredibly hard to carry a bad ADC or maybe the ADC isn't bad but just got behind early.

What do you think?

adc are full damage glass canon carries... they are under lvled and under gold in lane and usually hit power spikes around 2-3 items...

if an adc gets a few kills early and gains a lvl or two ... gets those 2-3 items ( that typically arent completed til mid game or later ) are very very strong and powerful because no one yet have been able to itemize and build against the adc in bot lane...

the mid dont have their full burst yet or their zhonya's , top hasnt quit got enough tank items yet and so on...

so basically they get an accelerated boost to their mid/late game power spikes earlier

Change that power spike from 2-3 items to 4-5 and there might be more margin for error at bot lane.

ADCs are very item and xp reliant. If they fall behind, it's very hard to come back, especially with a team full of salty strangers. It's been a problem for quite some time, but it doesn't seem Riot knows how to tackle the problem correctly yet.

I mean ADCs yes.

Marksmen, yes-er.

What's worse is when champions (generally not marksmen) are ADCs, but really don't have this kind of "too weak to recover" state. Champions like everyone's favorite cancer. Yasuo chemo can't even kill this shit.

Realistically though, it's not "ADCs" or even "marksmen" which are too snowbally. It's the design of the AD stat itself. It's been designed in a way which the smallest advantage puts you massively ahead. There is a reason that top lane item 1036 item 1036 item 1036 item 1036 exists.

In the current B.S. meta its mainly a little something called high damage 'poking' alot of ADCs are pulling with lethality builds, namely Draven Lucian Varus MissFortune ESPECIALLY MissFortune and her silly ADC & Support B.S. currently goin on which they basically are pulling the same shenigan that Vayne did naturally with her kit before the Lucian & MissFortune using item 3071 and item 3142 builds started before the lethality change:

-Namely stacking a 'empowered auto' or similar ability first to do high damage spikes especially early game, when really a ADC in its standard form is supposed to be a 'sustained damage' role. Because of Flat armor pen and then Riot getting chicken shit scared with 'Lethality' being too 'weak' at 40% upfront and bringing it to 60% upfront just simply brought back what's effectively flat armor pen snowballs early on again, especially thanks to stacking Lethality runes, mastery lethality effect and just straight up grabbing item 3134 to get that early level 15 2030 lethality for a Easy 12~18+ lethality huge damage boost to make the empowered autos really strike hard early on.

Of course even before that i believed high hitting single autos have been a thing for a while, especially as certain champions like Tristana , Ashe , KogMaw and Kalista and so on slowly fell out of favor on their repeated auto style of damage nuke'dom, with them able to work on ends but usually utterly shat on by those super high damage poke shenigans so they can barely have any room or even CS to make a come back against the damage blasting.

Really feels like at that point they need to give a hard nerf to empowered Auto based marksman and similar sort of champions that norm the ADC role a huge mid'late game damage draw'back or atleast make the mana costs they have to use for spamming such abilities to be high enough to force them to resort to a more sustained auto build and spare the empowered strikes for only moments when they are gonna try and kill a enemy champion, not just poke them down till they can just flash in, disrupt knockback and then just empowered auto shat on them (aka what Draven pulls basically all the time to snowball his gold gain passive to ridiculous levels and rush him into a instant kill squishies type of build).
